New Jersey Cannabis Licenses- On March 15th, 2022, the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission will begin accepting applications for adult-use cannabis retailers.

New York Adult-Use Cannabis Licenses - On April 1st, 2021, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a bill to legalize recreational cannabis in New York. This established the Office of Cannabis Management. Municipalities have until December 31st, of 2021 to opt-out of adult-use legalization. We are hoping to see an application window sometime in 2022.
